2 cups gluten free plain flour (Bobs Red Mill)
1 tsb baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
4-5 bananas, very ripe mashed
1 cup blueberries
1 cup chocolate chips
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
Preheat oven to 175C. Lightly grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan and set aside.
In a large bowl cream together butter and sugar.
Then stir in eggs, milk, vanilla and mashed bananas until well blended, add dry ingredients.
Stir banana mix, blueberries and chocolate chips into flour mixture to moisten. Pour batter mix into prepared loaf pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 50-55 mins, until a toothpick inserted into centre of the loaf comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 5 mins then turn onto wire rack.
